Paul M. Goldberg |
|
Paul Goldberg is the Chief
Executive Officer of Flagship Properties and its affiliates.
Prior to founding Flagship, Mr. Goldberg was President and
CEO of Sunrise Development Company, a subsidiary of Forest
City Enterprises. Mr. Goldberg's educational credits include
a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth, a JD from
the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Industrial Management
from MIT. He has served as a construction industry "neutral" for
the America Arbitration Association and as a member of the
Board of Directors of the MIT Alumni Fund. He is the Treasurer of the Cleveland Chapter of
the Urban Land Institute and a member of Greater Cleveland Real Estate
Organizations. He is a former Secretary-Treasurer of the Western
Reserve Homebuilders Association and a Trustee of the HBA Serving
Portage and Summit Counties. He is currently a Director of
Ohio Canal Corridor which is charged with rebuilding the canal
towpath to its original terminus in Cleveland, and is the Chairman
of the Projects/Government Affairs Committee. A US Navy veteran,
Mr. Goldberg served as the Intelligence Officer of a carrier
based attack squadron during three Vietnam-era deployments. |

Carol K.
MeHall |
Carol MeHall, Controller, is responsible
for all accounting, tax and cash management functions
for Flagship, its affiliates and partnerships. Ms. MeHall
is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She is a cum laude graduate of Notre Dame College of Ohio.
She was employed in a similar capacity for a group of Cleveland
companies prior to joining Flagship over fifteen years ago.
She is a partner with Flagship in Celeron Square. |

Melinda M.
Nulick |
Melinda Nulick is the Project Manager for
Hannum Crossing Phases VIII & IX. Related responsibilities
include management of the Hannum Crossing Homeowners Association.
She also serves as the Flagship Property Administrator and
as the Personal Assistant to Paul Goldberg. Mrs. Nulick has
a degree in Business Administration from the University of
Akron. |

Mary F. Presley |
Mary Presley is the Administrative Assistant for Flagship
Properties. Her previous work experience was an administrative
assistant for a local non-profit agency. Mrs. Presley has an Associates
Degree in Marketing from Cuyahoga Community College.

John B. Sobanik |
|
John Sobanik, Vice
President, is the Celeron Square Project Manager
responsible for the development of Celeron
Square Phase III (164 units) in Storrs, CT.
Prior to joining Flagship, Mr. Sobanik, who
is a P.E., served with Lenard Engineering in
Storrs and with Fuss & O’Neill
in Manchester, CT. He earned his BS, MS and PhD degrees in
Mechanical Engineering at the University of Connecticut. |

Karen Howard |

Karen Howard is the Financial
Assistant for Celeron Square in Storrs, CT. She comes to us with
over 25 years of business management experience in automotive,
retail, healthcare and purchasing. Karen earned her B.S. Degree
in Biology at the University of Connecticut. |

Brittany
Stewart |
|
Brittany Stewart
is the Lease Manager for Celeron Square in
Storrs, Connecticut. She has been actively
involved in athletics most of her life and
has received several awards through high school
and college. Brittany attended the University
of Connecticut on an athletic scholarship.
She is a native of Chicago, Illinois. |

Harakaly |
Steve Harakaly is the Maintenance
Manager at Celeron Square in Storrs, CT. He is a journeyman
carpenter with over 16 years experience in the trade.

Rumana Hawa |
Rumana Hawa is the Apartment Manager
at Celeron Suites in Kent. She recently graduated from Kent
State University with a Master of Fine Arts degree. She was
Valedictorian in her class. Her prior work experience was
as a project manager at Associated Architects and as an interior
design intern at IKEA North American Services. Ruwana's accomplishments
were displayed in several exhibitions including the College
of Wooster Art Museum, the 2006 Northern Colorado Weavers
Guild and many others. She also acquired several awards including
the Ruth Lantz Award for Excellence in Fiber. |
