Paul M. Goldberg
Paul Goldberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Properties and its affiliates. Prior to founding Flagship, Mr. Goldberg was President and CEO of Sunrise Development Company, a subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises. Mr. Goldberg's educational credits include a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth, a JD from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Industrial Management from MIT. He has served as a construction industry "neutral" for the American Arbitration Association and as a member of the Board of Directors of the MIT Alumni Fund. He was the Chair of the Cleveland District Council of the Urban Land Institute and a member of Greater Cleveland Real Estate Organizations. He is a former Secretary-Treasurer of the Western Reserve Homebuilders Association and a Trustee of the HBA Serving Portage and Summit Counties. He served as a Director of Ohio Canal Corridor which is charged with rebuilding the canal towpath to its original terminus in Cleveland, as the Chairman of the Projects/Government Affairs Committee. A US Navy veteran, Mr. Goldberg served as the Intelligence Officer of a carrier based attack squadron during three Vietnam-era deployments.
Zack Goldberg, Vice President
Zack Goldberg is involved with Flagship Properties and its affiliates in a variety of managerial and operational capacities. His professional experience includes roles at Bear Stearns, where he worked for nearly 14 years as a Managing Director in Institutional Equity Sales; as a senior executive in business development for a company that provides securities class action recovery for hedge funds, where he helped transform the company from a start-up into an industry leader; and as a co-founder of a New York based physical commodity trading and brokerage venture. He earned a BA from Skidmore College in English Literature.
John B. Sobanik
John Sobanik, Vice President, served as the Celeron Square Project Manager responsible for the development of the project from it's inception. Prior to joining Flagship, Mr. Sobanik, who is a P.E., served with Lenard Engineering in Storrs and with Fuss & O’Neill in Manchester, CT. He earned his BS, MS and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Connecticut.
Amie Ferencz
Amie Ferencz joined Flagship in May 2016. She previously worked for two management firms specializing in multi-family housing, commercial properties, and HOA/COA as a Property Accountant. In May 2018 she obtained her Associate's Degree in Accounting, and has 8 years of experience in the field. Amie currently works for Flagship and its entities as an Accountant.

Michael Messina
Michael Messina is the Property Manager at Celeron Square in Storrs Mansfield CT. Michael joined our team with 17 years of manufacturing experience as a mechanical planning manager, in addition to several years in law enforcement . Michael also spent 10 years with a modular building company as a project manager.
Amanda Muckle
Amanda Muckle brings a strong background of hospitality, customer service and administrative skills to Celeron Square Leasing office. She is the front-line administrator in the office. Amanda holds an Associate's Degree in Social Science and is currently attending Eastern Connecticut State University for a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.
Nicole Freeman
Nicole Freeman is the Leasing Consultant at Celeron Square in Storrs Mansfield, CT. Nicole joined our team with over 10 years of property management experience, marketing and customer service. Nicole is a U. S. Veteran, she served over 10 years in the Army as a Military Police Sergeant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern CT State University.
